The Office of International Commerce, U.S. Commercial Service and the Granite State District Export Council are pleased to host an in-person training workshop on Export Controls and Compliance presented by Ms. Jeanette Reed and Ms. Nicolette Reed from Evolutions in Business. Ms. Reed will present on best practices in Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including classifications for products (ECCN and Schedule B Numbers), End Use Screening, Deemed Exports and understanding Duel Use Products. In addition, she will present on export reform activities, licensing requirements, common red flags, voluntary disclosures/fines and updates to CFIUS regulations.
