The Office of International Commerce, U.S. Commercial Service and the Granite State District Export Council are pleased to host an in-person training on Export Administration Regulations (EAR), new regulations from Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the latest tariff updates.

Nicolette Reed will present on best practices on the EAR, including classifications for products (ECCN and Schedule B Numbers), licensing requirements, end use screening and understanding duel use products. In addition, a discussion on the new regulations from CFIUS, critical technologies, export reform activities and voluntary disclosures/fines will be presented.  Jeanette Reed will then provide the latest update on the Chinese tariffs and the next phase of the tariffs on Mexican goods.
