The Office of International Commerce, the U.S. Commercial Services Office, Granite State District Export Council, and The Provident Bank are pleased to present an in-person training on Export Controls and Compliance. Mr. Mike Allocca from Allocca Enterprises will be presenting on licensing requirements, export documentation, understanding your customer, country specific requirements, terms of sale versus terms of payment, good due diligence practices and common red flags. In addition, he will present on export and re-export procedures, procedures on samples and pricing and sales contracts.

Who should attend: Traffic manager, purchasing manager, plant manager, shipping/receiving personal, compliance officer, ISO manager, sales managers/department, customer service managers, anyone involved/concerned with export compliance.

Certificates of completion will be given for on-site training only, and to each person who has attended the entire program and has successfully completed the quiz at the end of the training.  Participants are also eligible for six (6) NASBITE CGBP credits if attending this full day course.

*This training will be free of charge, if your company meets SBA’s eligibility requirements to access STEP funding.  If your company is not eligible to use STEP, there will be a small fee for this training.  Please complete the “Register Your Interest Form” and the NH Office of International Commerce will be in touch to confirm your cost eligibility.  Information on the STEP Grant Award will be available Fall 2017.*
