The Office of International Commerce, the U.S. Commercial Services Office, Granite State District Export Council, and The Provident Bank are pleased to present an in-person seminar on International Marketing.

The morning session, “Introduction to International Marketing: Marketing 101,” presented by Wendy Pease from Rapport International, and Ed Marsh of Consilium, provides an overview on global marketing strategy and communications. You will cover how to develop international marketing strategies and prepare a global marketing and communications plan effective across multiple languages.

In addition, you will learn how the very steps you’re likely taking to continuously improve your domestic marketing can generate international leads and powerful market intelligence. You’ll skip traditional & expensive market speculations and invest incrementally based on data and results. Whether you are growing your international marketing through a thoughtful process or responsive action, you can win more deals, lower taxes, and diversify.

The afternoon session, “How Not to Offend Your Overseas Partners: Marketing 102,” presented by Wendy Pease and Carole Copeland Thomas of C. Thomas & Associates, you will learn from two veteran international specialists how to be sensitive to cultural differences and be diplomatically savvy in the global arena.  Fast paced and highly interactive, you’ll leave this session with a new heightened awareness of how to navigate the cultural landscape of your next business opportunity.
